We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was extremely convenient, situated in a commercial area of the city and right across from the Colinas shopping mall. It made it easy for us to explore the local area and enjoy some retail therapy. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Room amenities were excellent, with everything we could possibly need including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxation.

We highly recommend this hotel to families, as it offers a wide range of facilities and services that will meet everyone's needs. The staff at the reception desk were always ready to assist us and make our stay pleasant.

Efficient and accommodating staff went the extra mile to find us a room upon early check-in, despite being busy. Convenient location with a small shopping mall and supermarket within a short walk. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially for vegetarians. The accessible room had well-designed features, including a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with grab rails. The hotel provided good wheelchair access throughout. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

What a great Christmas at this hotel! The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby mall and other attractions. Plus, the room was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, which really added to the festive atmosphere.

The gym equipment was in poor condition and some of the machines were out of order. the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable for a proper night's sleep.
